 Cindy Abrams, a Tucson native, brings over 46 years of experience as a registered nurse, with an associate degree in nursing and a bachelor's degree in nutritional science from the University of Arizona. Since 1995, she has specialized in assisted living, hospice, geriatric, and dementia care. Cindy is dedicated to promoting quality senior care through educational classes for medical professionals, caregivers, and the public. She is also the co-author of Your Guide in Assisted Living in Arizona. Her expertise has been instrumental in building successful senior care businesses, and she is a co-founder of Connections Assisted Living Solutions. 

Erika Wetzel, a Tucson native and proud Arizona Wildcat, has dedicated her career to the senior care industry. With extensive experience in hospice, geriatric care, nursing homes, and assisted living, she is deeply committed to guiding families through the complexities of transitioning a loved one. Her journey -- from hands-on work with families to leadership roles—has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of senior care. This expertise has led her to co-found Connections Assisted Living Solutions.
